Ragnetiq (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Ragnetiq") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

Depending on the service you use, we may collect the following categories of data:

Contact Data:

Name, email, phone number - collected when you contact us via form or email for communication purposes.

Technical Data:

IP address, browser type, operating system, device data - automatically collected when visiting our websites.

Contractual Data:

Business data, billing information, Company ID, Tax ID - when entering into a contractual relationship.

Legal Basis for Processing: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

AI Assistant - Specific Information

Detailed information about data processing when using the chatbot

When using the AI Assistant (chatbot) service, we collect the following analytical data to improve service quality:

Chatbot Analytics Data (anonymous):

From each chatbot interaction, we collect anonymous analytical information to improve service quality, optimize responses, and perform advanced statistical analyses.

Date, time, conversation duration

City for geographic statistics
  • Conversation Content: Text of messages sent by the user and chatbot responses
  • Technical Data: Device type, browser, operating system
  • Time Data: Date and time of interaction, conversation duration
  • IP Address and Localization: We use the IP address to determine the city from which the query originates for geographic statistics purposes
  • User Behavior: Number of messages, average conversation length, query resolution success rate
Security Measures for AI Assistant:
  • All data is stored in an encrypted database with implemented Row Level Security (RLS)
  • Only super admins and authorized system administrators have access to the data
  • All access is logged and monitored
  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest

Legal Basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - improving service quality and providing analytical insights to our clients.

5Data Security and Protection

We take the security of your data extremely seriously. We have implemented the following security measures:

Encryption and Secured Database:

All data is stored in an encrypted database with implemented Row Level Security (RLS) system and strict access rules.

  • Access Rights: Only super admins and authorized system administrators have access to the data
  • Encryption in Transit: All communication takes place over an encrypted HTTPS connection
  • Encryption at Rest: Data is also encrypted when stored in the database
  • Regular Audits: We perform regular security audits and updates
  • Data Minimization: We only collect data essential for the service to function
GDPR Compliant

6How Long We Retain Data

We retain personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Chatbot Analytics Data: 24 months from the last interaction
  • Contact Data: 12 months from the last communication or until consent is withdrawn
  • Contractual Data: For the duration of the contract + 5 years (in accordance with tax regulations)

After the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of Access: You have the right to obtain information about what personal data we process about you
  • Right to Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: You can request restriction of processing of your data
  • Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive data in a structured format
  • Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: You can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic

8Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise make your personal data available to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data only in the following cases:

  • Technical Partners: Hosting and cloud service providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) - all are GDPR compliant
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or a court decision
  • With Your Consent: In case you give us explicit consent to share data

All our partners are required to comply with strict data protection standards in accordance with GDPR.
